About the Artist:

Olivia Wilson, an junior artist of Kaurna and Narungga heritage, has been guided throughout her life by Pitjantjatjara and Yankunytjatjara artists, who have shared with her their stories and traditional painting techniques. Her work blends ancient storytelling with contemporary expression, using art as a way to honor the land, its people, and the deep connection to nature. Through her designs, Olivia celebrates the resilience of Aboriginal culture while showing the power of creativity to foster connection, cultural pride, and meaningful change.
