Return Policies
IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 60 days for an exchange, a gift-certificate credit, or a refund. The item returned must be in its original packaging and in sell-able condition. Purchases must be refunded to the original form of payment. If you paid with card, please have it with you at the time of the return. Receipts are required for all refunds and exchanges.
ONLINE ORDER RETURNS
Returned shipping orders must be received by us within 60 days of the purchase date. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@discovernewfields.org. We ask that you include photos of the damage in your email so we can assess the best resolution for the issue. If the item is not damaged upon delivery, it must be returned in its original packaging and in sell-able condition. You can return or exchange your purchase in-store, or you can ship the item to the following address:

Your packing list acts as your receipt. Please bring it with you if you chose to return your purchase in-store, or include it in the return shipping box.
Once we have everything we need, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of your items. All shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is also responsible for paying any shipping costs for returning the item. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted.
CURBSIDE PICK-UP
Please note that curbside/in-store pickup orders which are not picked up within the return policy window (60 days) will be canceled and ineligible for a refund. Curbside Pick-Up orders can be returned via any of the methods listed above.
