How much is shipping and when will I receive my package?
Orders shipped within the United States are shipped via UPS Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders may take up to 3 business days to ship, depending on our volume and the time the order was placed. Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.

Express shipping is available for an additional $12.00. In-stock merchandise ordered Monday-Friday by noon EST will be delivered in approximately three business days. Express orders placed after noon EST Friday-Sunday may take 1-5 additional business days to arrive.

Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time we only ship to the continental United States, Hawaii, and Alaska. There is no additional charge for shipping to Hawaii or Alaska.
I'm local! Do you offer curbside pickup?
We offer free curbside/in-store pickup during operating hours until half an hour before closing. Museum & Garden Shop hours are Tuesday through Sunday from 11 am to 4:00 pm. You may also pick up your order in-store during Harvest Nights and Winterlights. However, curbside pickup will be unavailable during those hours.
During checkout, select the curbside pickup option. You'll receive a second email following your order confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. When you arrive at Newfields, park at the Welcome Center Entrance in front of the IMA building and call the Museum & Garden Shop at (317) 955-2320. We will deliver your order to your vehicle.
Alternatively, you may also come into The Museum & Garden Shop and see a retail team member to pick up your order. Please make sure that you have received an "Order is Ready" email (a second email following the order confirmation email) before coming to retrieve your purchase. You do not need tickets to the museum to come to The Museum & Garden Shop.
How long do I have to pick up my curbside pickup order?
We will hold your order for pickup for 60 days (the length of our return policy). Orders not picked up within the 60 day window will be canceled and ineligible to receive a refund. The merchandise will then be disposed of at our discretion. If you cannot pickup your order for any reason before the 60 days are up, please contact the Museum & Garden Shop at (317) 955-2320 or firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation.
Will I need to pay sales tax?
Merchandise shipped to addresses within the state of Indiana will be charged the current Indiana tax. Orders shipped to addresses outside of Indiana will not be charged tax.
Do Members get a discount?
Active Newfields Members receive a 10% discount on all purchases except gift certificates. To receive your discount online, please enter your discount code in the space provided during checkout.

I would like to send a gift. Do you gift wrap?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping at this time.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you need to make a return, please send your merchandise to the address below, and we will refund your credit card for the cost of the merchandise when we receive your item. For exchange items, we must receive the original item before we send out the replacement.

You may also return items purchased online by bringing the item to The Museum & Garden Shop along with your packing list, which will serve as your receipt. In order to receive a full refund, merchandise must be returned within 60 days and be in new condition in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer free return shipping. Sale items are not returnable.
Is THE LUME Merchandise available inside the Museum & Garden shop on the ground floor?
While the Museum & Garden Shop at Newfields does stock a moderate selection of Vincent van Gogh merchandise, most of what is available for THE LUME: Indianapolis Featuring Monet & Friends Alive is exclusive to THE LUME Shoppe as part of the exhibition experience. A larger portion of THE LUME merchandise is available online, but the online selection does not represent the totality of what is available in the physical THE LUME Shoppe.
How do Museum & Garden Shop gift certificates work?
The only type of gift certificate offered by the Museum & Garden Shop come on a physical cardstock card. There are no digital aspects of Museum & Garden Shop gift certificates. Gift certificates are non-refundable and can only be redeemed inside the physical Museum & Garden Shop and exhibition shops at Newfields. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for online purchases, admission tickets, or at the café. Gift certificates purchased online are sent to the billing address of the purchaser. If you would like the gift certificate sent to another address and/or wish to include any messaging or names on the gift certificate, please indicate this information in the Comments box when checking out.
Curbside Pickup is not showing up for me as an option during checkout, what do I do?
An error is occurring that is causing the website to skip the page that gives you the curbside option. At the top of the shipping page under our logo click "Information" where it lists links for Cart > Information > Shipping > Payment and it will take you to the page where you can select Curbside Pickup. Please note that we are currently working on fixing this error.
