Gabriella Possum is an accomplished Aboriginal artist from the Napperby region of the Northern Territory, Australia. She is the daughter of celebrated artist, Clifford Possum Tjapaltjarri, and has been painting since childhood. Gabriella's work is characterized by a vibrant use of color, intricate dotting and a unique blend of traditional and contemporary styles. Her paintings often depict the stories and landscapes of her ancestral homelands, with a focus on the dreaming stories of the Seven Sister's and the natural resources of her Grandmother's country. Gabriella's work has been exhibited and collected internationally, and she is recognized as a leading artist of the contemporary Indigenous art movement.
