Dancing Wombat Bowl

The Ngarga Warendj (Dancing Wombat) fine bone china bowl features a detailed gum leaves design that wraps around the entire outer surface, inspired by the welcoming traditions of South-Eastern Australia. "Womindjeka" is the word used to greet both friends and strangers, offering them a gum leaf as a symbolic passport and inviting them to follow Bunjil’s Law—an important cultural principle. The design incorporates symbols unique to this region, reflecting a deep connection to Country and culture. Made from fine bone china, the bowl is both dishwasher and microwave safe, and comes packaged in a gift box that includes information about the artist and the meaning behind the artwork.
